5. Declarations of Interest
- Register of Interests: councillors are reminded of the need to update their register of interests.
- To declare any Disclosable Pecuniary Interests in items on the agenda and their nature.
- To declare any Other Disclosable Interests in items on the agenda and their nature.
councillors who have declared a Disclosable Pecuniary Interest, or an Other Disclosable Interest, which falls with the terms of paragraph 12(4)(b) of the Code of Conduct and who have not been granted a Dispensation, must leave the room for the relevant items.
Failure to register or declare a Disclosable Pecuniary Interest may result in the commission of a criminal offence.
- To consider written requests from councillors for the council to grant a dispensation (section 33 of the Localism Act 2011). Written requests to be with the clerk at least four clear days prior to a meeting.

Mr S Clee (Clerk) & Councillor Ian Hardiman, Mr Tim Hallum.
Public Meeting:
The Chairman invited any member of the public to address the meeting on any matter affecting them. Mr Tim Hallum discussed the flooding issues around Barrs Lane towards Stanklyn Lane together with ongoing fly tipping issues. The Chairman advised that Councillor Hart had confirmed previously and, in his report, tonight that the issue was being dealt with by the County Council and North Worcestershire Water Management Company. The Parish await their proposals for stopping this ongoing problem. Mr Hallum said a drain cover had been stolen outside his property recently and replacement was urgently needed. Councillor Hardiman agreed to take this matter up with Councillor Hart and Highways.
Close of Parish Meeting:
There being no other representations the Chairman closed this meeting and opened the Ordinary Parish Council Meeting at 7.15pm.
Minutes of the Stone Parish Council Meeting held on Tuesday 11th
March 2025 commencing at 7.15pm at Stone Parish Rooms.Present:

Mr S Clee (Clerk) & Councillor Ian Hardiman.
484 Confirmation of the last parish meeting minutes:
The minutes of the last meeting held on 13th January 2025 as previously circulated were approved and signed by the Chairman.
484 Declaration of Interest for a) The Meeting and b) Any changes to be notified to the Registers of Interests and Gifts and Hospitality.
- None declared.

There was none.
486 Planning matters:
The Council noted the current list of Planning Applications approved and pending by Wyre Forest District Council.
487 County and district reports:
Two written reports had been received and circulated from Councillor Hart. Councillor Hardiman said he was happy to elaborate on any issues from those reports. then gave a verbal report on the Community Governance Review that had been requested by Kidderminster Town Council.
Councillor Hardiman referred to the Community Governance Referendums taking place effecting three parish councils including our own. He stated that as Local Councillors they had carried out newsletters and spoken to as many residents along Kittiwake Drive as possible. The Chairman also stated as a Parish Council we had also written to every effected Property. A vote on the Kidderminster Town Councils proposals would be held on 1st May 2025 at the same time as the County Council Election.
488 Finances:
- It was noted the bank balance currently stands at £26,084.88 (Current Account) and £15,328.82 (Reserve Account).
- The council noted the current income and expenditure spreadsheets circulated with the agenda.
489 Date of the next meeting:
There being no other business the meeting ended at 19.45. The next meeting will take place on Tuesday 13th May 2025 at Stone Parish Rooms this being the Annual General Meeting.
